Summary

Ted, the man with the yellow hat, is in Africa looking for something special to bring back for his friend Bloomsberry's natural history museum. Bloomsberry's son wants to tear down the struggling museum to make way for a parking ramp, but Bloomsberry believes the right new exhibit could revitalize the institution. While making his explorations, Ted meets George, a curious, friendly, and somewhat mischievous monkey. Ted eventually returns home, his expedition a failure--but much to his surprise, George has stowed away on his ship. Now Ted, his friend Maggie, and George must come up with a new plan to save the museum
