Summary
Rita Repulsa has failed to dominate Earth for the last time; and now her boss, Lord Zedd, is stepping in to finish the Power Rangers once and for all. Zedd uses the arsenal of monsters that he created from Earthly plants and animals to try and accomplish his goal.
